Hello!

My name is Landon Corman, an artist from Palos Verdes, California. Growing up just minutes from the ocean greatly shaped my creative perspective and deepened my connection to nature, movement, and visual rhythm. Now based in Boulder, Colorado for college, I continue to draw inspiration from my surroundings, finding a balance between coastal and mountainous landscapes to shape my process and aesthetic. I am currently studying Strategic Communications with a minor in Art Practices at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on media and creative design. My work explores visual storytelling through painting and design, blending purposeful composition with experimentation. Creativity has always been a central focus in my life, and I use art and design as a way to communicate ideas, evoke emotion, and create meaningful connections.

I am particularly interested in art’s ability to spark conversation, build connections, and raise awareness, whether through bold visual language or subtle narrative elements. As I continue to grow as an artist, I aim to work in a creative design position, as well as build an independent painting practice, using art as a tool for connection, expression, and impact.

I am very passionate about not only my artistic endeavors, but also other activities like skiing, hiking, being outdoors, playing pickleball and tennis, going to the beach, thrifting, and traveling. Some of my favorite hobbies include sewing, baking, jewelry making, reading, crocheting, and fashion. Thank you for taking the time to look over my work.
