Brainstorm Blog #3

The Camping Adventure:

For Project 3, Daydream Video Project, I plan to have a friend group discuss bucket list ideas to have fun. I want to have this group of friends play cards while discussing this, and then one of the friends starts daydreaming about the fun adventures they could go on. This daydream will be a camping adventure with activities and a bear problem, and a solution at the end. Then the person will remember that it's just a dream and it will cut back to the friend group.

Camcorder:

• friends are playing cards around a table

• start making a bucket list 

• want to go camping

• zooms in on one of the people thinking about camping

Animation:

• cuts to person dreaming of a camping story

• drive to camp site

• set up tents

• kayaking

• fishing

• hiking

• making hotdogs on stick and s’mores

• sitting around fire

• cuts to sad bear walking

• bear finds people around the fire and gets happy

• bear watches happily from behind a tent or tree bc he wants to make friends with them 

• starts to come closer to hear a scary story

• people get scared and run away

• bear gets sad

• people peak around tents to see if the bear is gone

• people see the bear sitting by the fire sad

• people come back and offer the bear a s’more

• bear gets happy

• they sit around the fire and play guitar

• everyone is happy singing songs

• watch the stars and shooting stars (switch perspectives to them pointing at stars)

• stars turn into a message?

• cuts back to people 

if needs to be longer:

• have bear do activities with humans

• fishing, hiking, kayaking, etc
